Baked Salmon Steaks with Apricot and Chili Paste Sauce

You will need:

3 Salmon steaks
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
1 tablespoon Apricot jam
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
½ tsp. Chili paste
2 tablespoons olive oil (for drizzling)

Preheat Oven 350 degrees

Combine Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, Apricot jam, Sesame oil and Chili paste.

Brush this mixture over Salmon Steaks and then drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Enjoy!

Neither apricot jam nor chili paste come to mind when I think of cooking with salmon, but this is something I'm sure I'll try soon. All the way down your ingredients list, the combination of flavors sounds great!
